By Sarah: Our struggles in love and life are no longer only battles of the flesh — they are energetic conflicts that play out in unseen realms.

Since the 9/9/9 portal, the earth’s vibration has shifted, calling us to awaken with sharper spiritual sight. Now more than ever, we must guard our energy, set sacred boundaries, and call in divine protection. For many women, the lessons arrive through painful relationships, where ego-driven partners use toxic tactics to dim your light. With awareness, healing, and angelic support, you can rise above and reclaim your power.

The Pattern of Manipulation — Know the Tactics

A narcissist does not seek true partnership; he seeks possession. His behaviors are not signs of love but strategies of control. Here are common patterns to recognize — and the spiritual tools to counter them:

Love-Bombing — The Hook.

He may arrive like a soulmate, reflecting your dreams and whispering destiny. It feels magical, but it’s often illusion. His intense attention is bait. As the mask slips, control emerges. Call on your angels of discernment to reveal truth beyond appearances.

Gaslighting — The Twist.

He denies, mocks, and rewrites reality, making you doubt your intuition. This is not love — it’s confusion woven into the spirit. In those moments, summon Archangel Michael to shield your mind and restore clarity. You are not losing yourself; you are being tested to remember your inner knowing.

Triangulation — The Game.

An ex, a “friend,” or another presence is inserted between you, not for love but for control. Your jealousy and pain feed his ego. With angelic guidance you can see through the illusion, rise above the drama, and anchor yourself in divine peace.

Playing the Victim — The Flip.

When confronted, he collapses into sorrow or blames his past to pull at your compassion while he quietly dismantles you. This is the most dangerous snare for empaths: your loving heart becomes a tool he exploits. Call on Archangel Raphael to remind you that true healing cannot come from enabling manipulation. Protect your empathy; it is sacred.

Blame-Shifting — The Escape.

When he lies, cheats, or rages, the spotlight turns to your faults. Labels like “crazy” or “controlling” are used to silence you and keep you unbalanced. Ask your guardian angels to anchor you in truth and shield your energy from projection.

You Are Not Powerless

You are not crazy — you are being conditioned. The deeper truth is this: these tactics are designed to control. Yet you have allies: angels, ancestors, and the divine light. I know this path because I walked it. I lost myself, then broke free. Now I carry the torch for every woman navigating the fog.

When the veil begins to lift, trust your higher guidance. Call on Archangel Michael to cut cords, Archangel Raphael to heal your heart, and your guardian angels to surround you with protection. If it is safe, step away completely — go no contact if possible.

Beyond the illusion and the pain, peace and freedom are waiting. The angels stand ready to guide you into wholeness — you only need to ask.

A Short Angel Invocation

Stand or sit quietly. Place a hand over your heart. Breathe three slow, deep breaths, and say aloud or silently:

“Archangel Michael, cut all cords that bind me to harm.

Archangel Raphael, heal every wound in my heart.

Guardian angels, surround me with a ring of golden-white light; return any shadow to its source and restore my clarity, courage, and peace. So be it.”

Repeat as needed. Visualize a protective light filling your field, and allow help from spirit, trusted psychics, or healers who honor your sovereignty.

Since the 9/9/9 portal, reality has shifted. Let me teach you how to navigate into your greatness with angels by your side.
