By Ann: Have you ever walked into a space and felt a sudden heaviness—or a sense of peace—without knowing why? That’s energy.

Our homes absorb the vibrations of everything and everyone that enters them, and just like our physical bodies, they require regular cleansing to stay balanced and aligned.

What many don’t realize is that we can unintentionally carry energy or even spiritual attachments with us—from places like hospitals, pubs, shopping centers, or anywhere with intense emotions or spiritual activity. Without grounding and protection, we become energetic sponges, picking up what doesn’t belong to us.

🕯 A Personal Encounter with Spiritual Attachment

Years ago, before I learned how to properly cleanse myself and my space, I visited a hospital and unknowingly picked up a spirit—someone who had passed away and was lingering. This soul had suffered from Alzheimer’s and was still confused, clinging to the world of the living. For days, I couldn’t focus or remember simple things, and eventually, I realized something wasn’t right. With the help of a spiritually gifted person, I was able to cleanse and release the spirit.

That experience taught me an important truth: spiritual energy is real, and it can deeply affect your mind, mood, health, and even your relationships or finances.

Not all spirits are harmful. Some are Earthbound and simply looking for connection—but their presence can still create energetic chaos. That’s why regular spiritual hygiene is essential.

The Power of Regular Cleansing

You don’t have to wait for something to feel “off” before cleansing. Prevention is key. I recommend:

Cleansing your home at least once a week

Cleansing your personal energy every day

When you do, you’ll begin to feel lighter, more peaceful, and less affected by the energy of the outside world.

How to Cleanse and Protect Your Energy

Here’s a simple practice you can use daily to ground and protect yourself:

Grounding Prayer
”Mother-Father God, I ask for a beam of light to enter through my crown and move through my entire body, down to my feet. Let this light ground me, protect me, and keep me clear and aligned. Through the love of Jesus Christ, I ask for divine protection throughout my day.”

Home Cleansing Prayer
”Mother-Father God, I ask that you cleanse my home—from back to front, below to above, left to right. Remove all dark forces, Earthbound entities, and low-frequency energies. Let the light of Jesus Christ fill every corner of this home, and may divine peace and protection dwell here always.”

You are not helpless. You have divine authority. But it starts with awareness and intention.

Spiritual Warfare Is Real

You may not believe in the devil—but he believes in you. The Bible describes how he operates:

Through Temptation – Offering illusions, lies, and desires to draw you away from truth

Through Deception – Disguising evil as light and spreading false teachings

Through Fear – Instilling doubt to shake your faith and steal your peace

Through Lies – Twisting truth and planting false narratives in your mind

Through Sin – Encouraging actions that separate you from divine alignment

The enemy seeks to distract, divide, and drain—but God is greater. When you align with divine truth, you walk in power, not fear.

Spiritual cleansing isn’t superstition—it’s self-care for the soul. Just as you wash your hands after being outside, your spirit needs regular clearing too. Whether you’re new to this or already on your spiritual path, never underestimate the power of intention, prayer, and daily alignment.

If you’re feeling off, ungrounded, or curious about spiritual protection, I invite you to reach out and connect with me. Together, we can clear, align, and uplift your energy and space.

With love and light,
