By Isabella: In a world of infinite possibilities, yet a place where most live in of a world of limitation, there is one sacred place that is impermeable, a constant in an ever-changing world.

That place contains the greatest sum of love, it holds the deepest secrets in a myriad of lifetimes and inside this sanctuary, every answer you will ever need is stored. It is a place where only you can dwell and are safe from every outer event, drama and occurrence. It is the sacred refuge from all travails and only you have the key to…the world within.

You are comprised of a potency perhaps you have seldom considered or may not even be aware of. Knowledge, prosperity, perfect health, talent, success, unique skills, creativity, wisdom, compassion, courage, strength, peace, happiness and understanding, all live inside of every sentient being. You are a master of consciousness and a master of all that you dream of or envision, yet most have not learned how to access this magical, mystical realm. To navigate the road of limitless requires tenacity and persistence.

What causes these inner gifts to emerge? What secrets do some hold, that they can uncover these buried treasures and wield them with careful discernment? If there are so many people living beyond the veil of limitation, why haven’t they taught it? And why is the world so dysfunctional if everyone has these perpetual wonders living inside?

The answer is simple as all truth was designed to be. The key to unlocking the world within begins with a foundation of self-love, self-respect and full acceptance of your path, no matter how difficult. Surrender is a beautiful asset, when coupled with navigating the challenges every soul encounters, in this illustrious planet we call earth.

Once the foundation is concrete, the next level is emotional intelligence, which comes from self-discovery and introspection. Emotionally healthy people stay physically healthy, by addressing, digesting and integrating any disruptions in their happiness frequency. In other words, being brutally honest and taking personal responsibility for the contributions you made to any trials, hardships or problems occurring in your life. When you seek to understand yourself, ask these three important questions;

“Why did I attract this?”

“What can I learn from it?”

“What can I do differently next time for a greater outcome… if there is a next time?”

Once you begin to understand yourself, what triggers you, what defines you, what a well-spring of answers and solution you truly are, the rest falls easily into place.

“The world within is deeply spiritual even if you are not.”

You walk this earth comprised of magical alchemies which sleep until you awaken spiritually. These are quickened by meditation, particularly chakra meditation, activating the seven energy centers which exist in every human being. The more you meditate the more you unearth the lifetimes which created blockages, fears, traumas, heartache or sickness. They begin to surface in your dreams, in your meditations and often will draw the same souls back, who participated with you in other lifetimes. When cellular memories begin to surface, it is your opportunity to ask the questions which trigger the answers from within, and from the heavenly hosts- angels and guides there to assist you. The deeper you go in meditation, the higher you raise your frequency, the higher you raise your frequency, the quicker the veils of limitation are lifted. It is incumbent on you to seek from within, the answers to the issues you are having on the outside. Intention is everything in generating results and when you pour your heart and soul into self-realization and self-discovery, the results produce joy and self-content.

I tell my clients, you must first become selfish before you become selfless. Focus on becoming the best version of yourself whatever that means to you. Then know it will change as you age, have new experiences, determine new boundaries and as you grow deeper in love with every aspect of you. When you can embrace both the shadows and the shine, you will become fully immersed in the perfection of every ounce of you.

“Even in your mistakes, there is perfection.”

The world within is a perfect universe waiting to be explored and its treasures exposed. In this utopia, there are no limits save the ones you put upon yourself. In this inner paradise, there are no beliefs save the ones you lend your energy to. In this perfect sanctuary, there are no accidents, there is no disease, there is nothing that can harm you, there is only pure, intrinsic love and it is love beyond any you will find outside of yourself. It is that love which feeds all tributaries to a peaceful, healthy and joyful existence.

May your inner world and the discoveries there, bring you as much love, light and laughter as mine as brought me.
