By Isabella: <\/strong><\/a><\/em><\/span><\/span>As we approach a new year, perhaps now is the best time to lean into new ways to open new doors.<\/p>\n

Choose to eliminate all the negativity in your inner dialogue, your spoken words, thoughts and especially in conversations with others. Don\u2019t feed the gossip machine, you only lower your vibration when you do. <\/p>\n

When you lower your frequency by criticizing, complaining or condemning, you are susceptible to sickness, colds, flu and you also generate negative karma when speaking ill of others. When you put yourself down or doubt yourself, you perpetuate the energy of failure.<\/p>\n

What you doubt draws more energy than what you are certain of and yet if you poured as much energy into knowing as you do doubting, you would alter the outcome of what you are trying to achieve. To simply \u201cknow\u201d reaches beyond hope, beyond imagination and beyond willpower. Knowing is a combination of blind faith and holding the space of neutrality where manifestation occur. In spirituality, it is the knowing that seals all outcomes.
\nCreating and manifesting should take priority in your life, as the new year is a great opportunity to start over.
\nThere are four elements which create outcomes:<\/p>\n

1. The idea or concept: your dream, imagination or divine inspiration.<\/p>\n

2. The spoken or written word: praying, affirming, journaling, visualizing.<\/p>\n

3. Gratitude: a grateful heart creates by the very measure of the gratitude.<\/p>\n

4. Knowing: to believe with all your heart that it is already accomplished before your eyes ever see it, in reality.<\/p>\n

If you are searching for love, become the magnet, be the partner you want in your life. In other words, if you want a loyal partner, be loyal to your relationships; if you want an honest partner, be honest in every area of your life. If you want someone who is emotionally and physically healthy, loves to travel, is thoughtful and kind, embody those qualities. We attract what we are so become a better version of yourself then visualize, affirm, pray, create and attract what you are and what.<\/p>\n

Manifesting is easy if you eliminate doubt and negative thoughts and behavior. The goal is to love more, forgive more, listen more, live more authentically and to give of yourself more. Polishing who you are is the greatest gift you can give to yourself, others and the world.<\/p>\n

Begin the New Year with a loving heart, dream big and by the end of the year WATCH how much you\u2019ve changed. Life is in constant movement, those who move through the flow with a loving heart, those who minimize the dramas, stiffen the ego and give of yourself. Your life will change in EXPOTENTIAL ways.<\/p>\n
