By Sarah: As the Earth undergoes interdimensional shifts leading up to the end of the year, many of us are experiencing a unique and profound journey. These sensations and transformations can be disorienting and perplexing, but they are a testament to our spiritual evolution.

Let’s explore this transformative process in a random order, and consider how it might manifest on a personal level:

1. Feeling like you’re in a pressure cooker: You sense intense energy, almost like stress, as you adjust to a higher vibration. Old patterns, beliefs, and behaviors are pushed to the surface. It’s as if a lot is churning within you.

2. Disorientation and loss of place: You may feel like you’re not in the familiar 3D world anymore. You’re transitioning to higher realms, and it’s natural to feel a bit lost.

3. Unusual aches and pains: Your body undergoes a purification process, releasing blocked energy from the 3D vibration while adapting to a higher dimension.

4. Waking at night between 2 and 4 a.m.: Much is happening in your dream state as you cleanse and release. You can’t stay there for long, and it’s a crucial hour for shedding old energies.

5. Memory loss: Short-term memory becomes elusive, and your past memories feel distant. You exist in multiple dimensions simultaneously, causing a sense of disconnection. Being in the present is your new reality.

6. Sensory experiences: You may ‘see’ and ‘hear’ things from different dimensions as your sensitivity evolves.

7. Loss of identity: You seek the old ‘you,’ but it’s no longer there. Clearing old patterns, you’re embodying a simpler, more purified version of your divine self. Everything is in divine order.

8. Feeling ‘out of body’: At times, you may feel like someone else is speaking. This is your body’s natural defense mechanism, easing the transition process during moments of stress or trauma.

9. Deep sleeping periods: Your body rests and integrates during this transition, preparing for the next phase.

10. Heightened sensitivities: You become more sensitive to your surroundings, finding crowds, noise, and other stimuli overwhelming. This is part of your tuning process, and it will pass.

11. Lack of motivation: You’re in a ‘rest’ period, realigning with the New energies that support self-care and nurturing. Request what you desire from the Universe while enjoying the moment.

12. Intolerance for lower vibrational things: Conversations, attitudes, and old structures may make you feel uncomfortable. You’re in a higher vibration, moving forward to create the New.

13. Loss of appetite: Your body adjusts to a new, higher state of being, and a part of you longs to leave the old behind.

14. Sudden changes in relationships and surroundings: Friends, habits, and environments that no longer match your vibration begin to fade away, making room for something better.

15. Inability to engage in old routines: What once felt normal now feels unpleasant. You’re evolving beyond your previous self, and the New is on the horizon.

16. Extreme fatigue: Your body loses density and undergoes significant restructuring.

17. Frequent eating and low blood sugar sensations: You require extra fuel during this ascension process, often craving protein and experiencing weight gain.

18. Emotional ups and downs: You’re releasing a lot of emotions, which serve as an outlet for the energy shifts.

19. Desire to go ‘Home’: You may feel like your time here is over, but in reality, you’re returning to Source while helping create the New World.

20. Feeling like you’re going insane: Rapidly experiencing multiple dimensions can be overwhelming, but it will soon become a profound sense of belonging.

21. Anxiety and panic: As your ego diminishes, you may feel vulnerable. Your system is on overload, but these sensations will pass.

22. Depression: The outer world may no longer align with your higher vibrational self, creating feelings of unease. This, too, shall pass.

23. Vivid and wild dreams: You’re releasing lifetimes of lower vibrational energy, with beautiful dreams awaiting in your future.

24. Night sweats and hot flashes: Your body is heating up as it sheds old residues.

25. Sudden changes in plans: Your soul guides you into new directions, breaking ‘rut’ choices, and elevating your vibration.

26. Creating challenging situations: You may find yourself in situations that appear nightmarish, but they are opportunities for growth and transformation. You will emerge wiser and more evolved.

These ascension symptoms are not authored by me – they are the findings of Samuel Greenberg.

I would suggest bringing change directly into your life by moving books, plants, ornaments and pictures around the home. Change a regular brand you use in the home and take a different route to work. Do something randomly kind for someone else out of the blue. Text that family member or friend you haven’t spoken to in a while, asking them unselfishly how their life is and that you are thinking of them. All of these actions will bring you a sense of peace and tranquility. And allow you to work with the energy of good karma.

Remember, you’re not alone on this transformative journey, and it’s a powerful step towards a higher state of being and consciousness. There are hundreds of thousands of us all waking up and tuning into this new energy vibration. Miracles have become real and we understand that our thoughts co-create oru reality with the universe. Embrace the process with love and patience, for you are becoming the best version of yourself.

Let me help you gently transcend into a higher frequency of love.

Love and light
