By Anastasia:<\/strong><\/a><\/em><\/span><\/span> Have you ever considered that love is a choice and when the fire is burning low between you and your partner that you have to choose to continue to love them in spite of the fact you might just not be feeling all that love you did when you  first met? <\/span><\/p>\n

Most likely when you first met, it was like fireworks in each of your hearts when the connection was made. This is where the seeds of love were planted in your energy field and what came next is your own personal story that got you to commit and stay with your beloved for many months, years and possibly your  life partner. The key to a healthy and whole partnership is choosing to love even in the slowest and lowest moments you two have together. <\/span><\/p>\n

\"1anastasia2\"<\/a><\/p>\n

If you come to understand that love is always a choice, then you will be able to sustain a beautiful long lasting union with the ones you love and cherish. How do I do this, you ask? Practice is the answer! Love starts as a feeling or a knowing and more often than not a chemical attraction that can fizzle out after a short period of time\u2026 To sustain this gift of love, you must come together and create common interests to weather the storms of long term relationships. When you form a family right away a couple is running from one thing to the next, sometimes together and most of the time separate just to make ends meet. <\/span><\/p>\n

The  stages are fast and furious and if you don\u2019t take down time together, you will miss the very important building blocks of relationship trust along the way. So here you are again and choosing to love each other with down time and the connection so in the future when the house is quiet and the kids are gone you have that trusted energy container you started with.  <\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI have fallen out of love\u201d, I hear this quite a bit. Once we start to assess the real reasons you have fallen out of love one can either choose to rekindle the spark that was graciously given or take more steps to look within and ask oneself the big question which is how to do I love myself when “I’m just not feeling it right now”. This comes down to maturity and respect for yourself and your relationship container. IF there have been arguments, transgressions and disrespect then you have to address this to get the trust back on track. We all go through down times in our relationships we all have doubts if this person loves me enough to stay but the real question is do you love yourself enough to choose the love that brought you together in the first place? Can you wade through this dry and seemingly not so loving path of your union? As your soul waits for the love to return you will be amazed when it does. This exercise is to teach you how to sustain and focus on your commitment. You will be pleasantly surprised that while you waited for loves return and see the profound teaching that love is always a choice.  <\/span><\/p>\n
