To learn, to grow, to live better than yesterday, to do more, get more, be more, feel a sense of achievement, love, joy. Have you ever thought about something you really want to do, and say to yourself, \u201cI will do it- I will start tomorrow\u201d. And then suddenly tomorrow turns into yesterday, the days gone and nothing\u2019s been done. Why do we put off what we truly desire?<\/p>\n

\"farrah3\"<\/a> Some call it lazy, others call it lack of motivation, what I call it is a bad habit, a habit in which we continually make excuses for ourselves because we are afraid of change, that deep fear of change is embedded in each and every one of us, it\u2019s just there are a lucky bunch who overcome this habit and kick it, achieving amazing things because of doing so.<\/p>\n

Once we learn to understand the science behind self-realization, action today and now, not tomorrow we then begin to achieve more, do more, feel more joy and love. Life is suddenly this incredible gift we have in our hands, a gift of the present moment.<\/p>\n

I want you to stop for a moment and check are you breathing? Do you have a pulse? Yes? Great! This is great news. YOU\u2019RE ALIVE! This means you now have a choice today. Continue as you always have and receive what you have always got, or take action and choose to do now right now what you were thinking about delaying for tomorrow, I promise you, you will not regret it and you will make yourself proud.<\/p>\n

Why have the titles a new year, a new you, you may ask? Well easy, I want you to find a new you in this coming new year I want you to improve your life and strive for the greatest happiness in your life situation, Be grateful for what you have in your life, if you have lost something or someone as hard as that is than being grateful for what you did have and open your eyes to new things you can be grateful for. Gratitude is the essence of life with this you have no choice but to be forced into an abundance of happiness.<\/p>\n

Whatever it is you want to do, whether it\u2019s travel, a new career path, a new lover, improvements in love, a new hobby, whatever it is you have been putting off, take this moment place your hand on your heart feel its beat be reminded of the beauty you have in your hands- life! Now take a deep breath, how wonderful does it feel to breath in and out how lucky are you, you are alive and you have the opportunity in your hands to do whatever it is you desire, take that step today and now, then you will reap the rewards in the new year.<\/p>\n
